1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have received your advance payment and sent you a written confirmation. Please check names (exactly as on passports), dates and details as soon as you receive it, and tell us about any errors straight away.
2. Prices & payments
- Prices shown on this website are “starting from” prices per person, usually on a twin-sharing basis, and are for guidance. Your quote states the final price.
- Prices can change before confirmation due to availability, exchange rates, fuel surcharges or taxes.
- The balance is due by the date shown on your quote: [e.g. 30 days before departure]. If it isn’t received on time, we may treat the booking as cancelled.
- Government taxes such as GST and TCS apply as per prevailing law.
3. Passports & visas
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the visas required for your trip. We help prepare visa applications, but the decision rests entirely with the embassy or consulate, and visa fees are non-refundable. If a visa is refused, our cancellation policy applies.
4. Changes by us
Occasionally we may need to change part of your trip, for example a hotel of a similar standard or the order of sightseeing. If we must make a significant change, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer alternatives.
5. Cancellations
If you cancel, the charges in our cancellation policy apply. Airline, cruise and some hotel bookings follow the supplier’s own rules.
6. Insurance & health
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation and baggage. Please tell us about any medical conditions or mobility needs before booking so we can plan accordingly.
7. Our responsibility
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels and other suppliers, and we choose our partners carefully. We are not liable for delays, losses or changes caused by suppliers, weather, strikes, government action or other events beyond our control, but we will always do our best to help you.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [City].
